Risk Free Buy Back Program
Crux Power offers a no questions asked buy back program. No matter the size of the order, when you purchase from us, if for whatever reason you are unable to sell any of our chalk, we will send you a free shipping label and buy back all the unused chalk you were unable to sell.
CURRENT LEAD TIMES
Our current lead time is 1 day. Shipping times will vary based on location and shipping speed selected. By default we ship via UPS ground
MANUFACTURER SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE (MSRP)
Crux Power products must only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event that the retailer decides to place the products on sale, the discount must not be more than 20% below MSRP. Retailers must abide by MSRP or their wholesale account will be terminated.
THIRD-PARTY SITE / WEB COMMERCE
Re-selling Crux Power products through Amazon, eBay, or Etsy is strictly prohibited. If a retailer is planning to sell Crux Power products in an online store, it must be owned by the entity applying for a wholesale account. Retailers re-selling on these third-party sites will have their wholesale account terminated.
PAYMENT METHODS / NET 60 TERMS
All orders placed through our wholesale website must be accompanied by immediate payment. We accept debit/credit card payments or PayPal payments. Net 60 terms are not available due to the risk free buy back program
SHIPPING / HANDLING / IMPORT DUTIES
Handling times are 1 business day from the time an order is placed. We use USPS and UPS Ground for free shipping. Optional paid shipping can be added for faster shipping times. Shipping rates are pulled directly from USPS and UPS. We do not profit from shipping fees.
The retailer is responsible for any applicable tariffs/duties. Any customs/tariffs levied by the import country is the retailer's responsibility and is not included in the shipping cost.
